Items ordered from D!VA SPREES takes between 4-8 weeks to arrive in Singapore (depending on country of origin and availability) after the spree closes.

Our customer care representative will inform confirmed buyers of the estimated arrival date after the spree closes and item(s) confirmed with suppliers.

Those who do not want to wait between 4-8 weeks may wish to shop at our stock/pre-order sections.

^ 15% agent fees payable for items purchased through a local agent for overseas suppliers who do not sell/ship to Singapore. This will be stated within the spree.

Note: We do not accept request to pay upon meeting up. Please make all payments in advance (except for additional shipping fee top-up). Your order will be deemed invalid if payment is not completed within 2 days after order confirmation.

Handling charge will be a flat fee of SGD2.00 per item.

HONG KONG: Price of item in SGD = Price of item in HKD / 5.00

TAIWAN: Price of item in SGD = Price of item in TWD/NTD x 0.05

* Shipping charges may vary between sprees (depending on the method of shipping the parcel to Singapore), as such, the above price table would be applicable for certain sprees only. Please read "How to make a purchase " for more details before joining D!VA Sprees.

** There may be a need for additional payment for heavier items of which we will inform you via email and collect as part of 2nd payment if this is required.

*** Plus size clothing may incur higher shipping charges due to heavier weight

For certain sprees, shipping charges & local postage are to be paid as 2nd payment after ordered item(s) has arrived in Singapore.

* Customers are strongly advised to opt for Registered Post to minimise the risks of mails getting lost and to ensure tracking for your package is available.
If Standard Post/Normal Mail is selected, Fashion Diva will not take responsibility for any lost mail, but we will try to help you trace the package with SingPost on best efforts basis.

* Customers who have opt for Standard Post/Normal Mail should allow up to 5 working days for the delivery to be made (from our experience, Standard Post/Normal Mail delivery standards varies from town to town and there are cases where packages are delivered on the 6th working day).

Note: Singpost have limited their collection and delivery schedules to between Mon - Fri. If your package is mailed on a Saturday, the actual collection will only take place on Monday and delivered earliest on the next working day which is Tuesday. Likewise, your item will only be delivered between Mon - Fri and no longer on Saturdays.

1. We reserve the right to close, extend or cancel a spree depending on the response.
2. Payment Amount and Shipping Charges may differ for different sprees.
3. No cancellation/changing of items allowed once order has been sent to supplier.
4. Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason after making payment (except for reasons related to overseas seller/manufacturer), Fash!on D!va will impose a SGD2.00 administrative charge and refund the rest of your payment.
5. We reserve the right to close, extend or cancel any spree at any point in time depending on the response.
6. If any spree is cancelled/item sold out with no replenishment, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
7. All items advertised at suppliers' website are subjected to their terms and conditions and all buyers are deemed to have agreed to their terms and conditions upon placing an order to Fash!on D!va.
8. Fash!on D!va is only acting as an intermediary to purchase items on your behalf from the sellers/shops and shipping to your desired destination hence will not take responsibility for any incorrect items, defects and flaws.
9. All exchanges subjected to overseas' seller's terms and conditions. Local and international shipping fees will have to be fully borne by the customer.
