An exchange will be possible under one or more of the following conditions:

• IF the colour * of the item delivered is not the same as the colour * ordered OR
• IF the size of the item delivered is not the same as the size ordered OR
• IF the item is torn/damaged at the time the customer received and checked the item

AND if all the following conditions are met:

• IF the item's original packaging and tag are intact AND
• IF item has not been tried on/used or washed before AND
• IF exchange request is received within 7 days from day of receipt of item

We will review each exchange request based on the following hence please arrange to:

• Provide clear pictures AND give clear descriptions of the issue(s) you would like to highlight
• Provide your details under the correct Order ID

A refund will be made if the item ordered is no longer available.

A replacement (of equivalent or lower value) will be allowed should the original item ordered is no longer available for sale.
