| HOW TO SHOP & PLACE ORDER | |||
STEP 1 Browse our product categories (using the menu on the left). |

STEP 2 If you would like to place an order, click on PRE-ORDER or BUY option next to the price and it will bring you to the order form selection page. |

STEP 3 If your order is to be delivered to a Singapore address, click "Singapore Customers - Click To Order ". If your address is not within Singapore, please click "Overseas Customers - Click To Order ". This will bring you to the appropriate order form page. |

STEP 4 Fill in your personal details, shipping address, select shipping/delivery* and payment* options (if any) and order type, fill in product code/URL, colour*, size* and quantity required. Then fill in any remarks* or discount code*. * If applicable |

Item(s) under D!VA PRE-ORDERS will require between 4-6 weeks to deliver (depending on country of origin and availability). Our customer care representative will inform you of the estimated arrival date after placing order with the supplier. Some items such as shoes, bags and denim apparels may require up to 8 weeks to deliver. |

Customers who have opt for Standard Post/Normal Mail should allow up to 5 working days for the delivery to be made (from our experience, Standard Post/Normal Mail delivery standards varies from town to town and there are cases where packages are delivered on the 6th working day). # FREE Standard Post is applicable for first shipment/delivery only (We will charge accordingly if you have requested for your order to be delivered in 2 or more separate shipments) Note: Singpost have limited their collection and delivery schedules to between Mon - Fri. If your package is mailed on a Saturday, the actual collection will only take place on Monday and delivered earliest on the next working day which is Tuesday. Likewise, your item will only be delivered between Mon - Fri and no longer on Saturdays. |
